Precision spindle tablesThe lightweight and long-stroke compact positioning table type TSL..M from IKO, supplied by VARIODRIVE, is manufactured from an aluminum alloy with a running table mounted in a U-shaped bed.
Stable accuracy is achieved by using two linear bearings on both sides of the carriage and employing precision ball screw spindles.
Maintenance tasks such as greasing the ball screw spindles and linear guides can be significantly reduced by using the lubrication component “C-Lube” impregnated with lubricant. This enables a maintenance-free period of 5 years or 20,000 km.
There are many variations in table sizes and stroke lengths possible. Special XY brackets are also available for this series. Therefore, an assembly like an X-Y robot can be easily constructed to meet the requirements of any application.
