Precision spindle tablesThe highly accurate positioning table type TX..M with high rigidity from IKO, supplied by VARIODRIVE, is manufactured from “cast iron”.
The stable accuracy and high rigidity are achieved by using two linear bearings on both sides of the carriage and by employing precision ball screw spindles.
The application of a linear encoder results in achieving extremely high accuracy in positioning and speed.
Maintenance tasks such as greasing the ball screw spindles and linear guides can be significantly reduced by using the lubrication component “C-Lube” impregnated with lubricant.
The positioning table can be selected with various width carriages, incremental or absolute encoder, and different surface treatments of the steel.
