IQAN-XC2x
Expension unitsParker’s IQAN-XC21/XC22/XC23 expansion modules can be added to an IQAN system to expand its I/O. They have voltage, digital, PWM and frequency inputs. The outputs are digital. The modules communicate with an IQAN master module via a CAN bus connection.
The XC2 family can support up to 20 inputs and 8 outputs (see datasheet).
Up to 8 of these inputs can be configured as voltage inputs to connect 0-5 Vdc signals from resistive or Hall effect sensors and joysticks. The remaining 12 inputs can be configured as up to 10 frequency inputs and 1 encoder input for measuring speed and position.
The module’s low-power digital outputs are designed to drive low-power loads such as relays, LEDs or alarm buzzers.
The IQAN-XC21 is designed for use in a cab on a mobile implement. Its small size allows for easy installation of this module and with the Molex connections on one side, easy connection.
The IQAN-XC22/XC23 are designed for outdoor use on a mobile implement. With IP6K9K protection, these modules can be used in the harshest conditions.
