B-NIMIS MC-Pi
Modular Control SystemsThe B-NIMIS MC-Pi is a highly powerful modular control module for real-time control and regulation within industrial automation. The B-NIMIS MC-Pi control system utilizes the Berghof Linux RTOS. As a software development environment for programming the application, CODESYS 3.5 (IEC 61131-3) from 3S-Smart Software Solutions is used. For visualization, the CODESYS Web and Target Visu (VNC Client) can be used as standard.
The B-NIMIS MC-Pi is equipped with a 1.5GHz BCM 2711 Quad core processor. There is 8GB SDRAM, 32GB Flash, and 200kB Retain available. As communication interfaces, the following are available: Gb Ethernet, EtherCAT, HDMI, USB, MicroSD, and WLAN Bluetooth.
The B-NIMIS MC-Pi controllers are mounted on a DIN rail. At the same time, a large number of different hardware I/O interfaces can be connected via an internal EtherCAT bus. Through a bus coupler, remote I/O stations can be connected. With this, the B-NIMIS MC-Pi system is a very flexible and modular system that can be used to set up a complete central and decentralized architecture of the application.
