Control modulesThe SPiiPlusCMhv is a modern line of EtherCAT master motion controllers with one or two built-in universal servodrives. The SPiiPlusCMhv is specifically designed to expand the capabilities of the SPiiPlusCM line in terms of higher power and voltages up to 480Vac.
The SPiiPlusCMhv, as an EtherCAT master, generates advanced motion profiles for up to 32 axes at 1 kHz and up to 16 axes at 2 kHz. The open software architecture works in conjunction with ACS’s line of EtherCAT servo and stepper motor drives and I/O modules. Also with any certified EtherCAT module that complies with the CAN over EtherCAT (CoE) protocol. The module is powered by 3-phase 230 to 480Vac and by a separate 24Vdc supply that powers all low-voltage circuits during normal and emergency situations. Optional Safe Torque Off (STO) module is available and complies with SIL-3 and PLe safety standards.
