For applications that have very high performance requirements with regard to speed accuracy, standstill jitter or need to have optimal control over all servo axes, VARIODRIVE offers an excellent range of High-End motion control systems. Applications with MIMO systems where the servo axes must be decoupled, are specific applications for the High end motion control systems. The motion control systems can consist of a central motion control unit that controls the servo controllers via EtherCAT. These servo controllers have a sampling frequency of 20kHz and can have a PWM, NanoPWM or linear power stage. With these possibilities, in conjunction with the excellent servo control, ServoBoostTM and filter techniques, a very high performance is achieved. The motion control technology is complemented by a highly intuitive MMI Application Studio with which the Motion Control System can be configured, programmed, simulated and tuned.
