The B-Nimis MC-Modular Control Systems series is a very compact modular industrial CODESYS PLC for versatile industrial automation applications. The B-Nimis MC Modular Control System series consists of different units with many possibilities for expansion. The B-Nimis MC-Pro is based on the 1GHz Arm Cortex processor. The B-Nimis BC-Pi and the B-Nimis MC-Pi are based on the Raspherry Pi platform.
As standard, the units have Ethernet, (Pi: HDMI, USB) communication interfaces and can be expanded with multiple communication interfaces including: Ethernet, CAN Bus, WLAN and RS232 / 485. The units have Ethernet TCP and the EtherCAT master communication protocol as standard. As an option, this can be expanded with Modbus RTU M / S, Modbus TCP M / S, SNMP, OPCuA, J1939, PROFINET, BACnet. Standard use can be made of the CODESYS Web and Target Visu (VNC Client) for visualization. The units belonging to the B-Nimis series are mounted on a DIN rail system. The I/O modules can be connected via an internal EtherCAT bus or can be connected to the master unit as remote I/O islands via an MC-Bus coupler. A range of I/O modules is available for all types of sensors or actuators.
