Spindle actuatorsElectric current instead of hydraulic oil. The SERAC® LH is an ultra-compact electromechanical spindle actuator for short strokes with high force. The striking compact housing design of the SERAC® LH electric cylinder is both beautiful and exceptionally practical. The components (Anti-rotation, Linear encoder, PWG spindle, Servomotor) of this complete, pre-assembled drive are housed in this compact and sturdy enclosure. The actuator contains a built-in brushless AC servomotor that is controlled by a standard servodrive. Because the outgoing displacement of the actuator contains some slip in relation to the servo motor due to the operating principle, an internal linear encoder can be used.
