Spindle actuatorsElectric current instead of hydraulic oil. The SERAC® KH is an ultra-compact electromechanical spindle actuator for short strokes with high force. The striking compact housing design of the SERAC® KH electric cylinder is both beautiful and exceptionally practical. All components (Conduction, Linear encoder, PWG spindle, Servomotor) of this complete, pre-assembled drive are housed in this fully smooth casing.
The actuator contains a brushless AC servo motor that is controlled by a standard servo drive. Because the outgoing displacement of the actuator contains some slip in relation to the servo motor due to the operating principle, an internal linear encoder can be used.
