The Compax3 is PARKER's general series digital servo controller, with various functionalities.
The Compax3 is a servo controller in single-axis or multi-axis version that can be connected directly to the mains voltage single phase or 3 phase. The Compax3 can be used as a torque/speed controller, as a fieldbus drive or as a freely programmable drive based on IEC61131-3 CODESYS with positioning and CAM functionality. By applying observer technology, this drive is extremely suitable for very accurate speed and torque control where a very low speed ripple is required.
The Compax3 is able to drive and control different types of actuators/motors, including: synchronous and asynchronous motors, torque motors and linear motors. The Compax3 drive can read in various types of feedback systems: resolver, sin-cos, TTL, single- and multiturn encoders.
