Precision spindle tablesThe Precision Positioning Table TU from IKO, supplied by VARIODRIVE, is a compact and slim type of positioning table with a carriage mounted in a U-shaped track. Moreover, by using a U-shaped guide rail, the torsional rigidity of the rail becomes very high under moment load. The U-shaped guide rail can be used as a structural element of the machine and equipment. This increases the design freedom for the user.
Maintenance tasks such as greasing the ball screw spindles and linear guides can be significantly reduced by using the lubrication component “C-Lube” impregnated with lubricant.
The positioning table can be selected with various width carriages, one or two carriages, regular or precision ball screw spindles, and different covering options.
