Bellows couplingsThe type SP3 bellows clutch from R+W Couplings is extremely well balanced due to its symmetrical design and large precise axial clamping hubs. As a result, the circularity is very nice, making this clutch very suitable for use in high-speed applications. Thanks to its forced bellows shape, the element can simultaneously accommodate lateral, axial and angular misalignments. As long as these do not fall outside the maximum area, there will be no metal fatigue in the bellows material and this precision clutch is completely free of wear.
