Toothed belt actuatorsHPLA products with high-quality toothed belt drives that offer high speed, high acceleration, and large stroke lengths, combined with a stiff, rigid construction. The HPLA car is firmly supported on three sides by heavy-duty roller bearings housed in a robust aluminum casing. The wheels are pre-tensioned to eliminate play in the system and strategically positioned along the sled to evenly distribute the load over the length of the sled. The length of the sled can be adjusted to your specific situation directly from the factory.
The highly strong, steel-reinforced belt and pulley system of the HPLA ensures a fast, highly reliable positioning of the carriage. By applying the “hollow shaft bearing” construction in the tension station and drive station, high driving forces are possible. The entire structure of the HPLA makes the unit service-friendly and provides your application with a long lifespan.
