Toothed belt actuatorsThe HMR is one of the most user-friendly and versatile actuator lines currently available on the market. With five different frame sizes, belt or spindle drive train, multiple mounting, carriage, and sensor options, and an IP54 protective cover option, along with a wide range of other customizable features, the HMR is truly designed with flexibility in mind.
Guided by two square rails, the HMR has an enormous tipping moment and load capacity bundled in an inconspicuous, yet streamlined package. User-friendliness is central, by integrating externally accessible grease fittings in the car that evenly distribute the lubricant over the bearing pucks. In addition, there are options for two different chassis profiles, allowing the user to choose between a super low profile “basic version” or a “reinforced” version that provides high structural rigidity for long unsupported spans.
